Handcrafted from red stoneware clay, this beautiful rustic bowl features a sculptural element with 3-dimentional swiss crosses added around the exterior of the bowl.
A white porcelain slip is first brushed onto the drying clay, and drips are welcome-- it is fired, and then glazed in shiny white, the natural clay around the crosses is allowed to show through to give it a beautiful vintage look and feel.
